杨家川1992--),山西省河津市人,博士,讲师。山西大同大学农学与生命科学学院教师。现主要从事食品营养与健康、食品安全检测等研究工作。

2011.9-2015.06——吉林农业大学应用化学专业,攻读理学学士学位;

2015.9-2018.06——南京农业大学农药学专业,攻读理学硕士学位;

2018.9-2022.09——西北农林科技大学食品科学与工程专业,攻读工学博士学位;

2023.11-——山西大同大学农学与生命科学学院讲师;
